My work is a visual reflection on cultural and social phenomena that take place in contemporary life. My concerns contemplate notions of the everyday, the struggle for success, what success means, and what becomes valuable in life. The outcome is charged
with humor and criticism.
The project Amor Apparatus started as a poetic visual response to the Nine Inch Nail's song Closer, a series from Martin Disler and vintage pornographic magazines such as Color Climax and Rodox.
It is an attempt to visually describe the fantasy and myths created around sex when you are a teenager.
