Analog signal abstraction, experimental sound work
This video is the archival written and aural history of a civilisation, a scrolled text that details it's rise, fall and finally destruction. What I want to show from this piece is essentially an extended observance of history from an external and omnipresent viewpoint (at least to those being observed), with a scope of time that is vaster than the individual units being recorded. I'm trying to grasp and convey the sense of enormity when attempting to understand the ideas of egoless-posthumanism / singularity of consciousness / Jungian collective unconscious / various religious 'ascension' that strips the idea of individualism from the soul.
